Taking care of the community remains Ross’s passion and driving force today, as it has been throughout his entire life. Before relocating to serve the needs of home buyers and sellers in Elkins, Ross lent his talent to the community in and around the Snowshoe area where he grew up. During high school, Ross began working for construction crews throughout the region and continued gaining expertise through eventually building his own houses. These experiences advanced his understanding of all phases of the residential home construction process from site preparation and groundwork through finished carpentry work.
Ross Morgan is a man of the utmost integrity. He developed his skills to become an exceptionally well-qualified residential home inspector throughout his extensive career experiences. For six years, Ross Morgan cared for the community in some of their most challenging moments while serving as a Randolph County EMS paramedic. He also devoted seven years to serving fellow community members as a professional firefighter with duties including performing multi-business and commercial building inspections from a life safety and NFPA fire code standpoint. These experiences solidified his sincere desire to change his career path and work more directly to promote the safety and security of families within the sanctity of their own homes.
Throughout his years serving the West Virginia communities he called home, Ross was responsible for inspecting many types of commercial properties. These included restaurants, retail establishments, and high-rise buildings. The structures were reviewed for everything from comprehensive building code compliance and analysis of commercial-grade sprinkler systems to assessing electrical concerns and a wide range of critical safety issues. Previous clients have included Snowshoe Mountain Resort and many other commercially valuable establishments. Significantly more inspection knowledge, experience, and attention to detail are required for commercial inspections than residential inspections; however, Ross’s true passion lies with serving individuals and families in the residential market.
